Worm called Sunday and suggested we do a flat pedal ride. Turned out to be a very cool day. We both rode a ton of stuff we hadn't pulled before. I finally got the big Fern log. I felt like I won the lotto. I am really sore from bailing so many times but you couldn't pry the grin off my grill with a cats paw.

That's awesome. Flat pedal day.
That log seems a lot harder now.
Those things really rot fast out there. I chickened out last time.
That is very cool.
I've never done that before and I am betting it's difficult. You have some good balance, it looks like.
It was a gas. In the pic on the long log, I am about to yard sale off the left (hence the extended knee). The pine tree saved my bacon. It was funny to see Worm run for his life after he took the pic. I had ridden it a few times but when Worm decided to take photos I almost blew it.
Rumor is there are a lot more skinny stuff planned for that area.....Jose and crew rule!
It's cool that the bark of those trees is so similar to nailed-on asphalt shingles.
The pine bark is a little more challenging but I am sure you could have done it with me the day it was built.
What made it easy for me, I was on someone else’s bike.
I actually saw you do it. In street shoes on clipless pedals, if I remember correctly. I hated you, you skilled BASTARD!
The one that killed me though was Bushy (Mr. No Skill) rolling it while he talked to me. That hurt. He too is a complete BASTARD!
Flat pedals are for wussies who can't commit.
Or for guys who have had discs removed from their neck, that don't want to write their name on the DL.
Sinks, and I don't think I have ever said this before....BASTERD!!!
I was trying to insult you on the down low and you complement me! I suck so paid, I'm sorry so sorry.
